Meet the Specialists

Isabel Tang

Isabel is a dedicated early intervention practitioner who believes deeply that every child holds immense potential, waiting to be nurtured and ignited through the right support. She graduated from Ngee Ann Polytechnic with a Diploma in Child Psychology and Early Education (CPEE), where she built a strong foundation in child development theory and evidence‑based pedagogical practices.

During her course of study, Isabel gained valuable hands-on experience working directly with children with diverse learning needs in classroom and early intervention settings. These early encounters sparked her passion for supporting children with developmental differences and shaped her commitment to creating meaningful, individualized learning experiences.

Across her professional journey at Nurture Pods, Isabel has worked with children diagnosed with a wide range of developmental and learning needs. She firmly believes that every child is unique and learns best through approaches tailored to their strengths, interests, and communication styles. Whether she is supporting a child’s cognitive, social-emotional, behavioural, or communication development, Isabel approaches each learner with patience, intention, and respect.

Anchored in the belief that all children are capable and competent, Isabel strives to build safe, supportive, and empowering environments where every child can grow into a confident and resilient individual. Her practice is guided by empathy, collaboration, and the conviction that meaningful progress is nurtured through consistent engagement and strong partnership with families.
