She has also taught in an international childcare setting as an English Teacher, where she created a nurturing and inclusive environment that encouraged language development, creativity, and confidence in young learners.
Her work includes planning and facilitating meaningful, play-based learning experiences, assisting with adaptive activities such as swimming lessons, and helping each child build confidence, independence, and a love for learning. Sherrill enjoys collaborating closely with families, teachers, and other professionals to design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that bring out the best in every child.
Whether supporting a child through challenging behaviors or celebrating small milestones, Sherrill takes pride in creating a warm and encouraging environment where children feel safe, valued, and capable of growth. Passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children with special needs, she believes that with patience, understanding, and the right support, every child can thrive and reach their fullest potential.
