Germaine attained her Diploma in Merit in Early Childhood Studies at
Temasek Polytechnic where she gained the skills required to create a
safe and holistic learning environment for children. She subsequently
graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Arts
(Hounours) in Psychology.

She has a deep understanding of children with multiple disabilities such
as Autism, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and Down Syndrome. This expertise of
hers is combined with her passion to tailor intervention for each
child’s individual needs. She believes that every child has his or her
own potential to be the best version of themselves despite their own
uniqueness.

Germaine has experience working in large multidisciplinary centres and
she acknowledges that each child’s progress comes with time and effort.
She is proficient in collaborating with therapists and parents in the
process of formulating a child’s individual education plan, ensuring
that goals remain relevant, specific and attainable. Germaine journeys
with her students and believes in celebrating every small milestone. She
takes pride in her work with children and aspires to pass down knowledge
and skills to those around her.
