Charlotte has experience conducting one-on-one assessments with young children to evaluate their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.
In her previous role as clinical support in a child psychology clinic, she collaborated with psychologists, assisting in therapy sessions and helping to develop tailored interventions.
She also worked as a preschool teacher allowed her to nurture young children’s early learning and social development. These varied experiences have equipped
Charlotte with the ability to adapt her methods to meet each child’s unique needs. Her approach is both firm and gentle, striking a balance that fosters trust while encouraging growth and independence.
She understands the importance of setting clear boundaries and expectations, creating a sense of security while guiding children toward positive behaviours and developmental milestones.
This structure is paired with warmth and empathy, ensuring that children feel understood and valued in the process.
Charlotte is eager to bring her growing knowledge and experience to her work with children. She is committed to providing a caring and supportive presence, and she would do her best to ensure each child feels safe and empowered.
