Meet the Specialists

Kylie Chong

Kylie Chong graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Greenwich in collaboration with SEGi College Subang Jaya in December 2022. As a dedicated psychology graduate, she is passionate about helping those in need and contribute to the mental health sector through continuous learning and professional development.

She began her journey in special education as an intern and had since continued in this field, accumulating up to 3 years of teaching experience. Throughout her career, she has worked with children and teenagers aged 5 to 16 with special needs, conducting both one-on-one sessions and group classes with preschoolers. Additionally, she has experience working with a 26-year-old adult with special needs, demonstrating her adaptability in supporting individuals across different age groups.

Beyond her teaching role, Kylie actively volunteers in society event, such as Fantastic Training Educational Camps, where she has spent two years organizing camp activities and team-building exercises for children. Through these experiences, she strives to provide children with meaningful and transformative experiences that leave a lasting impact.

She strongly believes that collaboration between teachers and parents plays a crucial role in shaping a child’s future. She understands that every child is unique, and therefore, requires personalized teaching approach tailored to their individual learning styles and abilities. For her, witnessing students grow, improve, and overcome challenges is the greatest reward and a true measure of success.
