Drawing from a wealth of hands-on experience, Sharanya has honed her skills in working with children across various age groups. As a Teacher’s Assistant at MindChamps, she played a vital role in creating nurturing learning environments and supporting children’s growth through tailored activities and positive reinforcement.

Building upon this foundation, Sharanya continued to deepen her understanding of child development as a Teacher’s Assistant at Shaws Preschool. Here, she provided essential care and guidance to toddlers, fostering their emotional and cognitive development through compassionate interaction and structured play.
