Team Nurture Pods conducted a full day workshop at Carpe Diem @ ITE (Ang Mo Kio). The workshop covered areas like introduction to common developmental orders, how to identify children suspected of having developmental disorders, simple strategies of working with children with specials and working with them. The teachers were given the opportunity to create materials after being taught how to use them. The materials can be used in during their daily lessons to help create a positive learning environment for children with mild special needs.
